Psychotherapy is most effective when it addresses the **whole person**, not just isolated symptoms.

Many people seek therapy because they feel stuck in patterns that repeat despite insight or effort. Anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and chronic stress often reflect deeper disruptions in the nervous system and relational experience.

My approach integrates modern neuroscience, somatic psychology, and depth-oriented psychotherapy to help restore te natural capacities that allow healing to occur.
